Hi it looks like I'm on a carrier grade nat (CGNAT) causing some double-NAT issues. I've called my ISP who said they'll take me off, will see how I go.

Hope my reply helps the next Google'r.

Hi

I'm trying to port forward for Plex and every guide I've found on this forum has slightly different settings, yet none of them are working.

I've tested the port through the Plex UI and have also tried an online port scanner which both report the port is closed.

My settings:
