Dear firewall,
This was a labor of determined effort and ( somewhat ) love and I felt that it was best to share with as many as possible. I am a retired teacher.
You are most welcome and I appreciate your expression of gratitude. God Bless You and Yours - Always

In Peace,

directnupe
Hey @directnupe . from the OPNsense appliance CL it is not possible to ping any address. Prior to trying to ping a host I DID install got using pkg.

@directnupe , for whatever reason when running the git clone command , it is unable to connect to github. Do you have any insight into why this is happening?

From the plugin list you can see "os-tor" which is the GUI plugin for Tor. Click the install button. That's all. :)

Browse the plugin list to see what you need. Or take a look here:

Hi there,

You install plugins from System: Firmware: Plugins.

Updates are all-in-one so one update keeps the system and its plugins at the latest version unless they are manually locked for one reason or another.

Cheers,
Franco
Hey @franco , thanks!. How do you get a package such as tor? Is there an additional repo that needs to be added?

Hey there OPNsense, just got OPNsense running not too long ago, and while I was looking for package addons it says to just hit update. How do you get to install other packages other than the preinstalled ones?
