I don't know exactly what you mean with my ISP/connection... but i have tried pinging to many ipv6 sites without any problem. It just happens with the connectivity audit when it has been some time "resting". If I retry inmediately after the failed test, everything is OK.

When I run audit connectivity test, the first time I run the test, IPV4 success is 100% and IPV6 is 75% (4 packets transmitted, 3 packets received, 25.0% packet loss). If I repeat the test, both results are 100% success.

Really there's no problem in any connectivy but it's a bit strange.

Something similar happened to me and the problem was the SATA cable. It was working fine with linux but gave problems with freebsd.  Strange but changing the cable was the solution.

I have just upgraded to 18.1.8 and the problem is still there. No changes.

No, no changes. The igmproxy configuration is the same for one year.

I have tried that package and the problem is still there while openvpn server is active so we're in the 'bad' 50...  ;)

I set up a configuration based in that post and the information I get from www.bufferbloat.net and works quite well. Torrent with no limit, online games witch no problems (as reported by the usual gamer,  my brother).

In my experience, it's the simpliest (and effective) QOS I've ever set up.

Hi!

In this topic: https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=7423.0 you can see an easy way to set up a working traffic shaper. I did it and works very well.

If I disable the OpenVPN server, igmpproxy can be started manually (or rebooting) with no problem so, maybe, it's not VLAN related.

Everything is working OK. No problems so far.  8)

Same problem here. My igmpproxy.conf:

quickleave
phyint igb0 downstream ratelimit 0 threshold 1
altnet 192.168.1.0/24

phyint igb1_vlan2 upstream ratelimit 0 threshold 1
altnet 172.0.0.0/8

phyint pppoe0 disabled
phyint igb1_vlan3 disabled

I've found another user sharing his experience: https://www.lullabot.com/articles/eliminating-robots-and-voip-glitches-with-active-queue-management. Andrew Berry gives us a similar setup with small diferences. Thanks Andrew!
