I am having an issue when I reboot the firewall and it reloads I get the following error and it will no longer pass traffic.

Starting elasticsearch
s: /usr/local/sensei//output/active/*.ipdr: No such file or directory

19.1 Legacy Series / Every update causes a lockout

I am having an issue of every time I do an update the firewall locks up. I have to do a factory reset, restore from backup and not let it reboot. Then go in and uncheck enable clamd service, enable freshclam service, and Enable TCP port. Reboot. Then go back in and re-enable them. What could be causing the issue?

I am having an issue of when I Enable Cloud Reputation & Web Categorization all web traffic stops. all services are running and stay running from what I can tell.

When setting up SMTP notifications via office356 i get the following error in the log.
opnsense: /system_advanced_notifications.php: Could not send the message to csykes@--------.com -- Error: 504 5.7.4 Unrecognized authentication type [MWHPR11CA0021.namprd11.prod.outlook.com].

How do I fix this?
