Web Proxy Filtering and Caching / Proxy not able to download the Remote access control lists

Hello,
I am fairly new to OPNsense but not new to the firewalls overall because I use them for work.
My OPNsense is on 24.7.7 version.
I having a problem with setting up a transparent proxy:
I have installed the os-squid but when I try to download the RACL it did nothing.
If this method is outdated please refer me a newer one.
I have already tried Zenarmor
