Hardware and Performance / qnap qxg-2g2t-i225 only showing up like half the time

i have a qnap qxg-2g2t-i225 and it only seems to be detected by opnsense about half the time when it boots, the other half it sees no interfaces from the card at all. the card says rev 1.1 on it
