23.7 Legacy Series / Unable to Update from 23.7.6 to 23.7.10_1 - gettext-runtime.mo:Invalid argument

Hello,

I´m trying to update but stuck on gettex-runtime update.

Tried many solution, but a simple ls to gettext-runtime.mo fails:

ls: gettext-runtime.mo: Invalid argument
