24.1 Legacy Series / Kea DHCP not listed in Services

Hi I have installed the Kea package from the command line (pkg install kea) and rebooted but Kea is not showing up under the Services tree int the GUI or list of services under System / Diagnostics / Services. Anyone able to point me at what I'm doing wrong?
