Web Proxy Filtering and Caching / Proxy fails to allow only whitelist sites

Hi
I have a problem, want to setup proxy so it allows traffic only to a domain, for example google.com and nowhere else.
So I included *.google.com as whitelist ACL and * as blacklist ACL.
But I'm still able to browse other content than google.com
any hint how to do this?
And maybe specify a file not a hand list in the GUI?
