22.1 Legacy Series / Solved: Update to 22.1 not working

I have problem in one site.
Update to 22.1 version not working. ( GUI and CLI same result ).

Fetching packages-22.1-OpenSSL-amd64.tar:  and lot of dots many hours.

Any idea?

Edit:
After update firmware on APU4D4 everything is OK.
Problem solved.
