Virtual private networks / IPSEC VPN - using OpnSense a client to a PSK / username auth network

I have a network I'd like to connect to via OpnSense, however, I do not control that network's configuration and thus I need to connect with PSK and username and password - this is possible using many VPN clients.
With OpnSense I can only see a way to connect with either a certificate or PSK - I can't find a way to pass a username and password to the remote VPN server.
Is there a way to achieve this?
