20.1 Legacy Series / outband traffic on many IP addresses generated on fresh install

Hi

I see a strange behavior on a fresh install as a VM on proxmox

WAN interface and LAN interface are connected to 2 virtual bridges.

Why is opnsense generating an out bound traffic on many IP addresses? are these addresses stored in the code?
I put only a few below but there are a new one every second or so
