Web Proxy Filtering and Caching / Icap enabled Webproxy not Scanning/Blocking

Hello,
i installed my Opnsense 2 weeks ago with fresh install 19.7.5 and configured webproxy/clamav/c-icap with transparent Proxy with the following Documentation:
https://docs.opnsense.org/manual/how-tos/proxyicapantivirusinternal.html, Eicar Test was successful, file was blocked with .log entry in c-icap/clam.
Then i upgraded to 19.7.7 and disabled IPv6 following this guide https://www.thomas-krenn.com/en/wiki/OPNsense_disable_IPv6 now eicar blocking ist not working anymore. Changed nothing else. Access Log of proxy shows access, changing entries in c-icap and icap settings from ::1 to 127.0.0.1 does not work. Is icap Working with the ..1 entries if ipv6 is disabled ? Thanks for your help.
