19.1 Legacy Series / PIA VPN client configuration over OPNSense version 19.1

Hello Everyone.
I'm so sorry to bother and interrupt, I know you are all busy people, but I have this problem for months now, and still I can't get it to work. Has anybody used Private Internet Access as their provider and made it work under OPNSense version 19.1.4?
OPNsense 19.1.4-amd64
FreeBSD 11.2-RELEASE-p9-HBSD
OpenSSL 1.0.2r 26 Feb 2019
RAM: 4025MB
I have followed links in youtube as well as here (https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?action=search2) in this forum and can't tell what's right from left already. I have come to my wits end.
And am now clueless as how to proceed. This one looked very promising (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWzIZmLRJRA).. until I hit a wall. No NAT Outbound Rules generated (as is said on the menu). 
I'm also having a hard time checking for updates. Always says "Timeout while connecting to the selected mirror." I'm here in HK with PCCW/HKT as my Internet Service Provider.
Can anybody please help me? TIA
