18.7 Legacy Series / opnsense 18.7x hangs on db. prompt after reboot

Hello,
After the upgrade to 18.7 the system hangs on db. prompt upgrade to version 18.7.1_3 didn't fix the problem.
After several reset or reboots the system runs again.
What to do to fix this ?
