Hardware and Performance / Reboot loop on fresh install
« on: April 19, 2019, 07:20:06 pm »
I have a fresh install of OPNsense 19.1.6-amd64 that is rebooting repeatedly. Using SSH or webGUI seems to increase the frequency of the reboots.  The system.log doesn't show any problems, it just stops whatever it was doing and then records the bootup.
No plugins installed and minimally configured.

Is there a way to enable more verbose logging?
Is this hardware incompatible?

Documentation and Translation / [SOLVED] OpenDNS Service error: nohost
« on: March 11, 2018, 06:35:38 am »
I wasn't sure where to post this.  I was thinking this could be added to the documentation and/or a help section for OpenDNS Service under Test result., i.e., noauth error means that you need to enable dynamic IP update OpenDNS dashboard under Advanced Settings.

I received an error of nohost when attempting to test/update the OpenDNS Service.

I had not Enable dynamic IP update on the OpenDNS dashboard under Advanced Settings.  Once enabled, it tested good.
