Tutorials and FAQs / help and other port forwarding nightmare
« on: November 07, 2018, 07:19:22 am »
Hello Guys. I have issues with portForwarding .
Can anybody help me . 8)

my version of opnsense is : OPNsense 18.7.6-amd64

I have a PPoE connexion and I disable NAT for the router of my ISP.
In my opnsense dashboard I have WAN up and Two interfaces for LAN

I need to access from outside  to port 443 in opnsense box to port 22 to my webserver
I didn't this before but for some reason after the latest upgrade it isn't working anymore.
And now I'm trying to fix it.

- I checked first this rules in Firewall -->  Advanced :
Code: [Select]
  Reflection for port forwards: Enabled
  Reflection for 1:1: Disabled
Automatic outbound NAT for Reflection: Enabled

- added alias for host/port
Code: [Select]
web: 192.168.1.10
webPort:  22

- Now Firewall --> NAT --> Port Forwarding

Code: [Select]

 Interface: WAN
 - TCP/IP Version: IPv4
 - Protocol: TCP

 Under Source > Advanced:
 - Source / Invert: Unchecked
 - Source: Any
 - Source Port Range: any to any

 - Destination / Invert: Unchecked
 - Destination: WAN address
 - Destination Port range:  https to https
 - Redirect target IP:  web
 - Redirect target Port:  webPort
 - Pool Options: Default
 - NAT reflection: Enable
 - Filter rule association: Rule NAT

So now In Rules I can see in WAN added
Code: [Select]
prot     Source       Description
IPV4     *                    NAT

And In Firewall --> Port Forward I see
Code: [Select]
  linked
   <->       WAN     TCP    webserver  webserverPort

What I'm doing wrong ?
thanks for your time and answers

17.1 Legacy Series / OPNsense 17.1.8-amd64 - port forward isn't working
« on: June 23, 2017, 04:41:15 am »
Hello guys.

I have OPNsense 17.1.8-amd64 and I need help xD

I can't open (HTTPS) port of WAN interfaces and forward that to my
openBSD host in port 2222

I have an alias for my openBSD machine and an alias for port 2222
I used a dynamic DNS for my public IP

I have -> Firewall -> NAT -> Port Forward

WAN   TCP   *   *   WAN address   443 (HTTPS)   webServer   webServerPort

[  NAT reflection ] I have three option for this . "Enable (Pure NAT)" "use system default" or disable
I tried three option but the result is the same. it isn't working

I scanned my WAN ip but I can't see open port 443.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong

[ why the rule is 'No redirect' ?? ] How can I change it to 'Enabled rule'

I have -> Firewall -> Rules -> WAN
IPv4 TCP/UDP   *   *   openBSD      openBSDport

Any help appreciated
thanks
