19.1 Legacy Series / 19.1.1 require a restart (reboot)?

The update patch notes don't indicate a restart --- is that what I should look for?  Will the notes always indicate if a restart is required for an update?

General Discussion / replacing web GUI SSL cert with private cert

I'm just getting starting checking-out OPNsense as a replacement for pfSense.  We've always used our own private SSL certs and after importing ours the web GUI continues to use the built-in cert.  How do I get it change to our private cert?
