19.1 Legacy Series / We need to be able to increase Dummynet Queue size Slots above 100

We have a 600mbits/sec fiber connection with over 800 customers connected to the LAN side. 100 slots is far too small to take advantage of the bandwidth. I dont care if latency increases a bit. I tried increasing it in sysctl and it does change but the gui seems to be hard coded to 100. Anyone have any suggestions?
