September 03, 2018, 03:38:48 AM
Hi!

Need some guidance. Whenever my machine run a reboot, it just stuck at "exiting on signal 15". Then that's it. I have to manually press the power button to shut it down, then restart the machine. Anyone experience this before?

Here is the machine info :

OPNsense 17.7.12_1-amd64
FreeBSD 11.0-RELEASE-p17
OpenSSL 1.0.2n 7 Dec 2017
Intel(R) Celeron(R) J4105 CPU @ 1.50GHz (4 cores)
4GB RAM

Not to mention the machine had issue if upgrade to 18.1 & 18.7 hence have to keep using this 17.7 version. Encountered looping of :

CAM status: Command timeout
Error 5, Retries exhausted

Hi everyone,

How do i go about making the remote logging service runs automatically each time after reboot. Currently i need to click "Save" everytime after reboot, only then i get the logging at remote server.

Here is my build information :

OPNsense 17.1.11_1-i386
FreeBSD 11.0-RELEASE-p10
OpenSSL 1.0.2l 25 May 2017

p/s: the logging service in opnsense runs (i can see the log in the portal) only it didn't send to the remote server that i've setup.

Hi everyone,

Need some help over here. Having issue with the graph. It didn't show the "IN" value.  Details is my machine :

    re1@pci0:4:1:0: class=0x020000 card=0x43001186 chip=0x43001186 rev=0x10 hdr=0x00

   OPNsense 16.7.14_2-i386
   FreeBSD 10.3-RELEASE-p14
   OpenSSL 1.0.2j 26 Sep 2016

Afraid of GUI issue, i tested to open the portal via Chrome, IE & Firefox but not to avail. Could it be kernel issue? Btw, the ip is on DHCP.

Hi everyone,

Here is the thing, my "Details" page not showing the IP addresses that has been captured.

flowd-reader /var/log/flowd.log has shown the record was there.

ls -lah /var/log/flowd* shows :

-rw-------  1 root  wheel    12M Jul 21 11:39 /var/log/flowd.log
-rw-------  1 root  wheel    11M Jul 21 10:55 /var/log/flowd.log.000001
-rw-------  1 root  wheel    11M Jul 21 10:17 /var/log/flowd.log.000002
-rw-------  1 root  wheel    11M Jul 21 09:22 /var/log/flowd.log.000003

The graph is plotting accordingly even the top usage section able to show the top 25 ip address for both LAN & WAN.

How do i go about it? This is my machine information.

Hi everyone!

I really need to know how can i set the remaining ip that i have from my ISP to my printer & CCTV. I already used one for the router (1.32.99.n1), so i want to set 1.32.99.n2 for my CCTV and 1.32.99.n3 for my printer. So whenever i'm not at home, i still can view the CCTV or print some document.

Can anyone lead me on how to set up this?

Hi !

I'm having this scenario whereby every time i update something such as disable/enable one or more rulesets, change the action of the ruleset, amend schedule, etc. the system crash.

In System --> parameters --> network, i have checked :

    Disable hardware checksum offload
    Disable hardware TCP segmentation offload
    Disable hardware large receive offload

I'm using :

Is there a way to set a group of IP (not in consecutive order) to a certain pipe? Can't locate where to mark an Alias to that.
