I am also running the Maxmind GeoIP database under 26.7.3_8 and I have not run into the same issue. I did notice yesterday that the last updated date and range were both blank. I went into my GeoIP countries_allow alias and hit save without making any changes. The last update and range were then populated.

I have never needed to do a restore, so I never noticed that the flush local config option was checked by default. I'm sure there is a reason for it, but it seems odd to have it checked by default. Perhaps open an issue in GitHub to have it unchecked by default?

I'm sure you've already thought of this, but why not spin up a docker instance of GitTea and just have OPNsense use that for Git? There is also an SFTP plugin that will backup the config directory, but I am not sure whether it will copy sub-directories.

The new services widget in 26.7.2 looks great. Thank you OPNsense team for iterating the design.

Use Firewall->Log Files->Live View and watch traffic going to and from the printer. Confirm that the traffic is not being blocked. You may need a rule to allow the printer to open a connection to the device that wants to print. I don't use AirPrint but Airplay devices need to be able to open connections.

The maintainer has been fixing 26.7 upgrade issues.

Upgrade worked perfectly for me, so perhaps it is something in your configuration. You took a snapshot right? Should take 1 minute to rollback.

@Patrick, can you get into Services->NUT->Configuration? I am seeing a crash when I try. I can get into Diagnostics and it shows my UPS status, so it appears that NUT is running. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the NUT plugin, but that did not fix it.

All good. I still like it. My slightly OCD nature prefers consistency over precision/purpose.

The new services widget is really good. One minor suggestion: please add a "Services" text header and an orange line to the top of the widget so that it matches every other widget.

@newsense - thanks for confirming. Yes, AGH continues to run under 26.7 even though the repo does not work.

I tried to reinstall AGH single repository under 26.7.r1 and I still get the error:

pkg: Repository mimugmail has a wrong packagesite, need to re-create database

PS - The new services dashboard widget is great!

I upgraded my test VM from 26.1.11_6 to 26.7.r1. I have some minor observations:

1) I had to check for updates multiple times at steps 2, 3 and 5. But the update eventually completed and it is running fine.
2) Thanks @newsense for posting about the mimugmail respository. I also ran into the same problem using the single repository with just AdGuard (mimugmail-single.conf). I could not get the upgrade to complete with that repo configured and I ended up needing to delete the repo config.

Just out of curiosity, has anyone built a digital twin (or as near as possible) of their network using Proxmox's SDN to better simulate testing/rules with VLANs? I tried to create one using Proxmox v8 last year but it didn't handle VLANs well and I haven't tried again with v9.
