Intrusion Detection and Prevention / Intrusion detection

I turned on intrusion detection and set it to drop in Download > Rule Set > Enable > Filter. But when I look at the Intrusion Detection > Rules, they are all warnings. Why not discard them? And there is an edit button at the end of each entry, and there are also settings to discard or alert after entering. Where do I have to set up correctly?

我开启了入侵检测，并且在 下载>规则集>启用>过滤 全部设置成了drop。但是我在看入侵检测>规则 的时候全部都是警告，为什么不是丢弃包？而且在每一个条目最后有一个编辑按钮，进去后也有设置丢弃或者是警报。我到底要在哪里设置才是正确的？
