17.7 Legacy Series / Captive Portal with special options

Hi ,
I am trying to create a network with captive portal that allow users to access specific sites before they login to the portal (access Facebook for example).
I was able to set the portal but couldn't find any way to set specific rule to allow all users access Facebook.
