you are right, question is extremely broad and vague at the same time.
The project is an IVF clinic / lab, newly started, still not busy, they don’t even have web page yet, so they are asking my help as a friend.
I recommended to start with a basic network to share files, use ip telephony and later, setup a server to install specialty package for appointments, install NAS. Host the clinic webpage etc
So my question was is opnsense gana be of any help?

i am installing a network solution for my friend's new clinic as follows:

1- grandstream PBX 6302
2- 5 access points
3- 30 network points for IP phones and computers.
my question is:
will opnsense add any benefit to the network, and what is it?

i need to configure 3 boxes of opnsense in 3 different geographic locations as follows:
1- location A have internet users and some can have access to use phone calls
2- location B same as A
3- location C same as A
4 - how is it possible for A, B & C to communicate with each other using the internet?
i am planing to practice this next week

hi again

why is that, for my clients they didn't like the idea using so many characters, and i am trying to move away from pfsense and every think is good trying a server at home before applying it to clients, any way it looks like we cant win every thing  .

one more think, why the there is starting and end date to the voucher? this means i can print and keep it for a week or more days before submitting it to clients because they will start counting expiry days from the date they are generated.

i am trying to use opnsens as alternative to pfsense i just downloaded 17.1, and wondering if "in captive portal page, can i use the option username and password or voucher no. 3 lines in the same page?

hi every one

i am trying opnsense as good replacement to pfsense, i am looking for solution like in hotels, i am living in a compound and want to share my internet connection with colleges as well share my land line over wifi.  my current set up is using pfsense as follows:
1- wan connected to a 200 Mbs fiber optic dhcp router
2- lan configured as hot-spot wifi only 192.168.100.1/24
3- opt1 configured as dhcp server connected to 3 isa servers 192.168.150.1/24 with 3 static ip's and some other users using dynamic ip, lan only
4- opt2 configure ad hot=spot wifi only 10.10.0.1/16

i have slow issue after installing opt2 card, working on it

what i need if any body can help me, i am looking to share my land line phone calls, also provide movies on demand
