16.7 Legacy Series / [SOLVED] Cant setup webserver from behind opnsence
« on: September 08, 2016, 11:12:00 am »
Hi Guys,
Please can somebody help me out here

I cannot setup my webserver in opnsense correctly for some season maybe i have overlooked

my setup is fritzbox/vdsl2 router on port 192.168.1.254 with firewall already setup rules working within that setup and   my webserver address is 192.168.1.59

i have assigned 192.168.1.146 for opnsense lan address and static address through the fritzbox is 192.168.1.193

I have setup rules for internet access port 80 in opnsense lan side which works all web access for http connecting through 192.168.1.146  but when i set up my websever 192.168.1.59  on the lanside it still does not work timed out error always
i have setup wan rules -any to 192.168.1.59/24 still no luck resolving the issue also port forwarding nat rules that forwards to my internal lan ,i am trying every combination. I have setup nat reflection allowed aswell for the firewall rules without sucess

please anybody can you mention a solution.

I am starting to think maybe its my router vdsl2 problem? maybe firewall being up on the router side i will check this

Thanks

Mark
