General Discussion / Enable Safesearch for everything *except* YouTube?
« on: April 29, 2024, 01:26:20 am »
The Safesearch toggle works great and as expected, however YouTube restricted mode is too restrictive.
I managed to edit /var/unbound/etc/safesearch.conf and remove the YouTube entries, but as soon as the Unbound service restarts, it replaces safesearch.conf with a fresh copy. I'm assuming it's pulling that from somewhere?
Is there a way I can ensure my changes to safesearch.conf don't get modified, or is there a better way to do this?
