I can bridge the WAN interface to my VMWare, but how should I isolate it from Windows?
#2
I´m using this:
http://www.xcyminipc.com/product/showproduct.php?lang=en&id=51

Had no problems with 18.1 and 18.7
It all started with 19.1 (upgraded or clean install)
#3
After aplying "supersede interface-mtu 0" and rebooting, I get continuosly this kind of error:

Configuring WAN interface...ahcich0: Timeout on slot 6 port 0
ahcich0: is 000000 cs 0000000 ss 00000040 rs 00000040 tfd 50 serr 00000000 cmd 0000d717
(ada0:ahcich0:0:0:0): SEND_FPDMA_QUEUED DATA SET MANAGEMENT. ACB: 64 01 00 00 00 40 00 00 00 00
(ada0:ahcich0:0:0:0): CAM status: Command timeout
(ada0:ahcich0:0:0:0): Retrying command

and my SSD keeps R/W all the time, and I lost all connectivity, even LAN

For the record, It´s a clean install

Finally I get it done through an API Call

I had the same issue with several versions on certain machines.
My solution is to boot with a USB, connect trough SSH and then do the installation.
That way I had no problems at all
#6
Same here
#7
Same here, and I can't rollback because it says "failed, no signature found"
Someone know how to do it?

I´m now using NUT 1.3 as netclient and works fine, but I don´t see any configuration for shutting down OPN

Right, I have some assembled boxes running OPN with Realtek NICs that don´t have this issue, that´s why I posted the topyc, thinking that something could be bad with my config.

Thanks for the info.

Keep on with the awesome work you´re doing!

Well, I finally gave up on this because I made it work through Home Assistant...
Now comes the part of the automation to shutdown all my devices in the case of a power shortage

Oh no, Franco has hacked me! jajaja
Yep, all that is correct...em0 is my LAN interface and I have IDS+IPS on it....
I assume some compatibility issue between Suricata and intel(?) driver...
Any workaround?

18.7 Legacy Series / Not reporting outbound traffic
September 22, 2018, 05:52:13 PM
Hi guys!
I´ve a strange problem that I can´t find anything in the forums.
Everything is working great with my config, except the LAN outbound traffic reporting...
But, for example, under Insight the traffic is accounted
As you can see in the attachment, there is WAN IN traffic, but it isnt´t reported as OUT LAN...so I can´t see who is using BW.
Any idea?
Thanks!

My UPS name is "BR900".

I get this on System: Log Files: Configd
configd.py: [563d2a24-c52f-4f97-a982-4e296ea97c5f] Script action failed with Command '/usr/local/bin/upsc 'BR900@127.0.0.1'' returned non-zero exit status 1 at Traceback (most recent call last): File "/usr/local/opnsense/service/modules/processhandler.py", line 479, in execute stdout=output_stream, stderr=error_stream) File "/usr/local/lib/python2.7/subprocess.py", line 190, in check_call raise CalledProcessError(retcode, cmd) CalledProcessError: Command '/usr/local/bin/upsc 'BR900@127.0.0.1'' returned non-zero exit status 1

But the UPS is found

Tendrias que fijarte que hard tiene el edge y si es posible flashear el firmware.
Igual lo veo dificil xq Ubiquiti es totalmente propietario, no creo que les agrade dejar que los usuarios les toqueteen los equipos
