16.1 Legacy Series / How to configure port forwards for VOIP

Hello,
I have been trying to figure out how to configure port forwarding so that my Asterisk server can be connected to by remote extension for outside of my network. I have been working with this tutorial from PFsense https://doc.pfsense.org/index.php/PBX_VoIP_NAT_How-to, but even after having accomplished all of the steps I can not manage a connection. I have rebooted the opnsense box as well after these rules were applied, just to ensure that there were no previously existing states that may cause issues.
Can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong, as I am completely at a lose.
