Title: Fail Install on ZOTAC ZBOX-CI327NANO
Post by: dejannenov on August 25, 2018, 01:06:14 am
I am unable to install the latest stable distribution using USB.

Ubuntu 18.1 Installs and runs fine, however the USB boot from USB hangs.

Please see attached screenshot for end of log.

Help anyone?

Thank you,

DN

maybe google translator might help...

Thank you - Google Translate was OK for the post in German.

Bottom line - there is no solution - I guess I will try to burn a CD ROm and try installing form it rather than the USB stick...

It's too bad - the little ZOTAC box is perfect for a firewall as it comes with two eth ports out of the box.

If you have access to another PC/Laptop:

Move drive from Zotac to other PC
Unplug all other drives if applicable
Install up to the first reboot
Shutdown
Put drive back into the Zotac machine
Boot and configure
