Title: captive portal problem

Hello, i have a captive portal where all clients login via splash page with the same username and password. Some clients get the error message "authentication failed" and cannot login. If I force another ip address for that client then I can connect.
The idle and hard timeout is set to 1 week

Has someone the same problem?

Hi,
I had same issue, where users were getting authentication failed messages, even after entering correct credentials.

The hard timeout is set to 12 hours with concurrent login enabled.
My guess is that it has to do something with concurrent login enabled.

In your case, was concurrent login enabled or disabled?
