I wasn't sure where to post this. I was thinking this could be added to the documentation and/or a help section for OpenDNS Service under Test result., i.e., noauth error means that you need to enable dynamic IP update OpenDNS dashboard under Advanced Settings.
I received an error of nohost when attempting to test/update the OpenDNS Service (http://192.168.0.1/services_opendns.php).
I had not Enable dynamic IP update on the OpenDNS dashboard (https://dashboard.opendns.com/) under Advanced Settings. Once enabled, it tested good.
