Title: Can I use this setup? To block another unit (URL filter)

The right laptop has OPNsense. On left, it has windows. So these two units are connnected to Globe Home Broadband Modem (LAN)

Is possible to block websites? in windows unit using this setup and opnsense on right unit?

The best way to restrict access to the internet is by having two interfaces in OPNsense. One for the WAN and one for the LAN. This doesn't have to mean two network cards; you can put a managed switch in between the two laptops. The Windows laptop then gets access to the internal VLAN, with OPNsense and the modem sharing the external VLAN. TP-Link sells a managed switch for around £30.

That leaves the issue of physical security. If the devices are just sitting next to each other, the Windows user can just plug their laptop directly into the modem  8)
