Title: I'm not able to boot with usb in inspiron 1300

I have a Dell Inspiron 1300
ProcessorIntel Celeron M 360
Graphics adapterIntel Graphics Media Accelerator (GMA) 900 - 128 MB
Display15.4 inch 16:10, 1280 x 800 pixel
Storage,  80GB 
ram 756mb

I'm not capable of booting with usb, the usb stick in another newer computer works fine but in the inspiron1300 that is older I get the following capture:

Any help or idea is welcome
I'm use the ISO 7.17 i386 console

Did you try to boot with CD?
