Setting up routes...done.
Starting Dnsmasq DNS...done.
Starting DHCP service...done.
Generating /etc/hosts...done.

GUI not starting, any ideas how to fix?

Hmm, it starts so I think it depends on where you try to access it from?
We'll issue a hotfix in half an hour to address this and other new runtime behaviour of PHP 7.1.
Just upgrade from the console option 12.
