Title: PPPOE failed with pfctl enabled

Hi everyone,

This is weird. I cannot connect to my ISP except when i entered pfctl -d

Here is my machine info :

OPNsense 17.7.3-i386
FreeBSD 11.0-RELEASE-p12
OpenSSL 1.0.2l 25 May 2017
