Hi, is that possible to install calmav anti virus on the opnsense os?

theoretically yes: by building it yourself or by installing it from the freebsd repository if it is not in the repository of OPNsense.

As this is a machine without user interaction, clamav alone will not be very useful. Do you want to scan traffic (if yes, you need c-icap as well for the proxy)?
