Title: NAT specific IPs from WAN ip address space
Post by: jambo58 on June 25, 2017, 03:50:48 pm
I have a slash /28 range of IPs and i want to NAT some of these IPs to LAN hosts.

lets say the range is 111.10.10.130-142 usable.

Ive got the OPNSENSE WAN configured with 111.10.10.142, upstream gateway is 111.10.10.129. ping to google and internet works from PFsense and from the LAN hosts

lets say i want NAT 111.10.10.141 to 10.19.10.112

ive tried everything and im at a loss.. its just not working

Best to use a 1:1 NAT to ensure that the firewall on the other end can keep state; i.e. the source IP of your NAT-ed server matches its destination IP
