Title: IPsec Firewall rule's tab gone after 17.1.2 upgrade

I've just upgraded from 17.1.2, I was hoping to get rid of this (https://forum.opnsense.org/index.php?topic=4461.0) issue.

But instead I got another one:

I don't have the choice to create or modify rules on the IPsec interface any longer...

Interface is up:

enc0: flags=41<UP,RUNNING> metric 0 mtu 1536
        nd6 options=21<PERFORMNUD,AUTO_LINKLOCAL>
        groups: enc

And all three tunnel'S are up and have SID's

mircsicz, was this upgrading from 17.1 or 17.1.1?

Hi Franco,

I was upgrading from 17.1.1...
