Before I start messing with the code, is there a particularly good reason why it is impossible to use @reboot or other special strings (https://man.freebsd.org/cgi/man.cgi?query=crontab&apropos=0&sektion=5&manpath=FreeBSD+13.2-RELEASE&arch=default&format=html) in cron jobs due to validation?
