Title: [SOLVED] NanoBSD Upgrade - pkg: write(): No space left on device

While attempting to upgrade from 16.7.RC1 to 16.7.1 the following error is appearing:

pkg: write(): No space left on device

I've corrected this issue creating a symbolic link from /var/cache/pkg to /root/var/cache/pkg

We've just discussed this on GitHub, was fixed in 16.7-RC2 :)

The funny thing was that we needed pkg 1.8 because the older versions were not capable of using /var/cache/pkg as a symlink... Original bug here:
