sticky-connection option is missing.

Versions   OPNsense 16.7-amd64
FreeBSD 10.2-RELEASE-p19
OpenSSL 1.0.2h 3 May 2016

It's under Firewall: Settings: Advanced. The reason for that is that it's enforced using the firewall so it was moved.

We'll fix up the document. :)
