I'am looking for plugins how to installation.

I found this but it"s a workflow : https://docs.opnsense.org/development/examples/helloworld.html

 I'm looking for HAProxy plugins how to, do you have an idea ?

you mean install the plugin?

have a look under firmware - there is a plugin tab

Note that 16.1.20 is currently EOL and 16.7 is due tomorrow, which means plugins will be unavailable until tomorrow around 10 UTC.
