Title: Feature-Request: Add hit counters to rules

Please add hit counters to the rules in the firewall view if possible, it saves sifting through the logs to see if a rule is getting hits.

It also makes it easier to look out for old rules that are no longer needed. (I.e 0 hits after clearing counters)

There are counters for rules under Firewall: Diagnostics: pfInfo, tab rules.

I know some commercial firewalls do this in their rules edit screen, but for us it's a bit difficult to integrate as most pages are config-read/write or (exclusive or) status-oriented.

It's something that could be a possibility in 17.1 though as we shift through more of the firewall subsystems.
