Title: 23.1.3 - Firewall rule display with Destination invert now missing !

Hi.

I just noticed after upgrading to 23.1.3 that firewall rules that have a destination invert are now displayed in the GUI missing the leading "!"

can you try to update the following patch?

Looks like we missed a spot when it comes to inverted aliases.

Found the problem on my updated server. Applied the patch. Now the ! is diplayed again.
