Title: [SOLVED] 22.1.9 no access to logs from GUI for some services
Post by: bringha on June 25, 2022, 04:52:05 pm
Hi there,

after upgrading from 22.1.8_1 to 22.1.9 there is no access to the log files from GUI for some services. This affects in my case

dhcpd, unbound, system (backend), ACME,

The usual tricks (rebooting again manually, manual store config again , ...) did not change the situation. The GUI pages of the logs stay empty. NTP, system (general), system (webgui), firewall, routing can be viewed fine.

The log files as such are there an get updates as expected

Any idea how to analyse this further?

Looking forward to your reply

What logging level do you have set at the Top-Right of the Log File page? Might be that you have it set to only display a higher level than what is being recorded in the log files? Try changing to Debug and see if you get anything.

Thanks anicoletti, that did the trick

Except dhcpd all is fine now. There seems to be an additional problem as suddenly there are no logs written since the last reboot. will look into that deeper separately why ....
