Title: Unbound block lists have stopped downloading since I've updated to 22.1.6
Post by: hushcoden on April 21, 2022, 03:49:59 pm
I've just found out that the last update of the dnsbl.conf file goes back to April 14 just after the firewall upgrade: anybody else experiencing the same issue? The cron job is still there and enabled.

Any solution for this ?

Tia.

And just found out that in another folder (see screenshot) the files are up-to-date, I'm confused: anyone can shed some light?

Using XY.opnsense.d for custom configuration of services is a rather recently introduced concept. Expect more of this.

Looks like it was unbound blacklists' turn with the last update:

The CPU is often hit hard when it is processing the files, and no local resolution is available during this time. Is it niced at least? Also, can the parsed final version of the file be stored outside the TMP mounts?

I am seeing the same issue. And no "/var RAM" disk is not enabled.
maybe some sort of cron job is missing?
