Hi, i configure the proxy server and im working with acl and blacklist, but a page is deny how i know that category is block this page.

It's quite impossible to tell by Squid design so far that I've seen. The access log is supposed to give clues, but it does not give useful hits other than that something got blocked. Somehow it seems the ACL needs to be used to implement ACL categories that then can maybe be traced back to categories or certain blocks. That's further than we're willing to go for OPNsense as Squid configuration generation is already quite complex.
