Title: Can't upgrade from v 20.1.6

When I try to upgrade to a later version the Interface stops at the point shown in the screenshot.

The console shows the errors in this screenshot. I have no idea what all of that means. Anyone able to give me a starting point? Other than not being able to upgrade everything seems to run normally.
