Title: IPSec Mutual RSA + EAP-MSCHAPv2 issue

Anyone know why the option for 'My Certificate Authority' in the Phase 1 proposal section disappears when you select "Mutual RSA + EAP-MSCHAPv2"? The option remains configurable when using just 'Mutual RSA'. I believe it should be configurable for both options.
