Title: 我能选择升级服务器吗？Can I choose the update server?

升级服务器实在很慢，试了好几次都升级不成功。我看下载服务器有中国地区的，能手动选择吗？

我已经成功登录https://translate.opnsense.org/，但是我发现网站中中文字符和日文字符都无法正常显示，是以“？”替代的，下载的.po文件中也一样是“？”，而且在输入中文翻译建议时无法成功，提示“服务器错误”。以上现象出现在Windows10+ chrome，Ubuntu14.04+Firefox和Android+ chrome中。

Can you help me?
